We are currently accepting CV's for the following positions.
Requirements, some or all of the following
Training given to the right candidates to fill in the gaps
Majority of projects are local but some work or training away from Lowestoft.
Electrical/Electronic Technician
- Qualified to at least BTec ONC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Equivalent
- Computer literate including the use of Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Ability to communicate with our clients both commercial and retail, face to face, via telephone or email
- Previous experience in either Marine, Offshore or Commercial electrical/electronic engineering environments
- Basic understanding of boats
- Knowledge of marine electronics
- Understanding of low voltage DC systems including battery charging
- Understanding of basic serial comm port data transfer
- Understanding of basic AC distribution
Trainee Electrical/Electronic Technician
- Computer literate including the use of Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Ability to learn
- right attitude
